All you need is internet connection and a compatible chat programme like Windows Messenger, MSN messenger, Net Meeting etc. There is no need to download anything since these applications are already installed with your windows.

When encountering a problem all you do is contact me and, subject to availability I will connect to your computer. So, grab your favourite drink, put your feet up and see the problem fixing itself! It’s quite educational too, watching every click!

You initiate the invitation and give me access to your pc. Once connection is established, I start working. Once job is done you terminate the session. You are in control! In the rare event of me being unable to solve the problem with Remote Assistance, I will advise you what to do next. There would be NO charge for my time.
I also give lessons to beginners or more experienced users, regarding a wide range of programmes and applications. Just ask!
At the beginning of each session I will give you an estimate of how long the solution should take. If it takes longer, the quoted fee will apply.
If telephone support required, I will call you so you don’t have to worry about the call charges. Applicable to all clients in the UK and Europe. Land lines ONLY.
